How is hair transplantation done?

In the DHI technique, the operation consists of 2 stages: extraction and planting. This technique takes an average of 8 hours. During the extraction process, the roots are arranged. Then, the roots are placed one by one into the planting pens and the planting process is carried out. In the DHI process, a more frequent planting process can be performed and less bleeding occurs in the technique.

How does the post-operative process proceed?

The hair transplantation process starts after the actual operation. Because after the operation, the hair should be taken care of regularly and carefully. 72 hours after the operation, the first wash is done starting from the 3rd day and this wash is repeated 10 times. During this process, crusting occurs and the 12th wash is the scab shedding process. The transplanted hair stops and this hair starts to fall out slowly and irregularly after 20-25 days. 20 days

During the first 3 months, the shedding continues slowly and from the 4th month onwards, depending on the person's anatomy, the transplanted hair starts to grow thin and weak like baby hair. The front line area is usually the first to grow and develop. Then the middle part starts to grow in the same process, but its development is a little slower than the front area. Since the crown area is the area where the circulation is the weakest on the head, the hair grows late and its development takes longer than the middle and front areas. In the 6th month, an average of 65-75% of the hair has grown. During this process, the circulation of the hair is nourished using PRP, mesotherapy treatment and vitamins, and its development is continued.

3 months

Hair development continues from the 6th to the 9th month and during this period, developments are usually observed in the middle and top regions. The front region completes its development. In the middle region, hair has grown and the hair that grows gains volume over time, but the top region usually continues to develop until the 12th month. Of course, during this process, small pimples occur in the transplanted area. Since the roots have difficulty growing, pimples occur in that area and burst on their own and the hair grows.

5 months

In the 9th and 12th months, hair development is now 80-85% complete. Now the hair transplanted to the top grows and gains volume. The transplantation of the top area can be sparser than the front part. Because the circulation in the top area is weak, even if a high number of roots are transplanted, the roots do not grow. Since there is blood circulation that feeds the roots, if the correct numbers are transplanted technically, all the transplanted hair will grow and you will inevitably get a satisfactory result.
